If you’re a lover of everything pumpkin spice and chocolate, this one’s for you! I personally, adore pumpkin spice and I am also a huge fan of fudge. I managed to join all of these favorites into one recipe and my is it satisfying!
One of the things I love about this is that it is so easy to make. Not including the spices, all you need is two ingredients!! What separates this fudge from the rest is that it’s bursting full of pumpkin pie spice flavors!!
ABOUT FUDGE: Be careful when melting chocolate over the stove. It can burn quickly so pay close attention to the heat and monitor the chocolate. Keep your saucepan on low heat, stirring frequently so the chocolate heats evenly. Once you see the chocolate has melted, you can incorporate the condensed milk and stir until smooth. I suppose you could melt your chocolate in the microwave for an even quicker fudge although I don’t have a microwave so I’ve never tried this!
ABOUT THE FINAL STEP: Line a dish with parchment paper and chill for at least 3 hours. Once chilling has completed, your fudge is ready to be eaten!

Fudge that is bursting with the flavors of pumpkin pie spice.
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- Lay parchment paper in a 9×9 inch baking dish, set aside. In a saucepan over low heat, slowly melt chocolate chips; be careful not to burn them. Once chocolate has melted completely, turn off heat, slowly stir in sweeteened condensed milk and spices, and stir until mixture has combined completely. Spoon mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Cut into bars and enjoy!
